科技金融发展能够提高中国经济增长质量吗？——基于空间杜宾模型的实证研究

Can regional financial development improve manufacturing productivity?

摘要:

近年来,中国经济增长速度放缓,过往低效率的经济增长模式已经无法持续,改善经济发展模式,提高经济发展质量已经成为当今中国亟需解决的关键。一般而言,依赖要素推动的经济增长会带来一定的负面影响,但是依靠技术进步的经济增长会并不会带来负面影响,反而会更好的提高人民的生活水平。因此,提高经济增长的质量主要依靠技术的进步。科技金融是科技与金融的有机结合,是一种产业金融,能够有效的提高金融企业优化资源配置的能力,从而有利于技术的进步,不仅如此,科技金融的发展还会为当地的企业融资支持其技术研发,还会搜索好的项目,支持其他地区的技术研发,因而科技金融的发展还具有一定的空间外溢性。在这一理论分析的基础之上,本文利用空间杜宾模型实证检验了科技金融发展对经济增长质量以及可能存在得空间影响,实证结果表明,科技金融不仅能够促进本地的经济增长质量提高,还有利于其他地区的经济增长质量；当地的经济增长质量水平提高还能提高其他地区的经济增长质量。

Abstract:

In recent years, China"s economic growth has slowed down, and the past inefficient economic growth model has been unsustainable. Improving the economic development model and improving the quality of economic development has become the key to China"s urgent need to solve. Generally speaking, economic growth driven by factors will bring some negative impacts, but economic growth based on technological progress will not bring negative impacts, but will better improve people"s living standards. Therefore, improving the quality of economic growth mainly depends on technological progress. Science and technology finance is an organic combination of science and technology and finance. It is an industrial finance. It can effectively improve the ability of financial enterprises to optimize the allocation of resources, which is conducive to technological progress. Moreover, the development of science and technology finance will also finance local enterprises to support their technological research and development, and will search for good projects to support others. Regional technology research and development, so the development of science and technology finance also has a certain spatial spillover. On the basis of this theoretical analysis, this paper uses the spatial Durbin model to empirically test the impact of the development of science and Technology Finance on the quality of economic growth and the possible existence of space. The empirical results show that science and technology finance can not only promote the quality of local economic growth, but also benefit the quality of economic growth in other regions. The improvement of the quality of local economic growth can also improve the quality of economic growth in other regions.
