基础研究对于我国科技创新有着重大意义,“双一流”高校是我国基础研究的排头兵。国家自然科学基金受资助情况是衡量基础研究竞争力的一个重要维度,文章在自科基金立项信息基础上构建基础研究学科竞争力和基础研究综合竞争力指数,对42所“双一流”高校2008-2017年间八大学科的基础研究竞争力进行定量分析,并提供建议。

Basic research is of great significance to China"s scientific and technological innovation. "Double-First Rate of China is an important dimension to measure the competitiveness of basic research. This article designs the basic research discipline competitiveness and the basic research comprehensive competitiveness index, and analyze the basic research competitiveness of the eight disciplines for each of the forty-two “Double-First Rate” universities from 2008 to 2017Quantitatively, and some advice provided.
