Abstract:Many real-world multiple attribute group decision making problems (MAGDM) have the following characteristics: (1) Decision makers use individual attribute sets and aspiration sets to evaluate their alternative sets, in addition, the individual attribute sets and aspiration sets can be heterogeneous. (2) Decision makers don’t have to reach a consensus over attribute sets and aspiration sets. (3) Individual attribute sets, alternative sets and aspiration sets can be dynamically changed. With these characteristics of the actual situation included in MAGDM, this paper proposes a consensus model for dynamic multiple attribute group decision making considering aspiration-levels, and proposes its resolution framework. We have designed a selection process of the collective solution and the algorithm of consensus reaching process, and proposed adjustments to individual attribute sets, alternative sets, preferences and aspiration sets to achieve consensus. Compared with the existing MAGDM model, this method considers the dynamic aspirations of decision makers and provides a flexible decision making framework so that the decision making process can be much closer to reality.
