Abstract:According to the registration data set of high-tech enterprises acquired in the big data platform of science and technology, the monitoring system capable of monitoring high-tech enterprises in real time is designed. Firstly, the registration data corresponding to each of the high-tech enterprises is classified into a preset enterprise dimension according to a preset dimension classification rule; then, the index weight algorithm model is designed based on the analytic hierarchy process and the coefficient of variation weight method, and the corresponding dimensions of each enterprise dimension are calculated. Dimensional scoring value; Finally, the high-tech enterprises in different fields are classified and analyzed from three enterprise dimensions, and the development of high-tech enterprises is monitored according to the classification results. The empirical analysis shows that the monitoring algorithm model can monitor high-tech enterprises well. The monitoring system has been successfully applied to the Guangdong Science and Technology Big Data Platform, and the high-tech enterprises in the province will be monitored in real time for decision-making by the regulatory authorities at all levels.
