Abstract:With the continuous development of digital transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing enterprises, it is increasingly important to measure the digitalization level of China's manufacturing enterprises and find the key factors for the improvement of enterprise digital capabilities. This paper constructs the digital maturity evaluation model of China's manufacturing enterprises from four dimensions of strategy, operation technology, soft power (culture, organization and ability) and ecological circle, and elaborates the process of digital maturity evaluation of a commercial vehicle company based on AHP-DEMATEL method. The research shows that the digital maturity score of the case enterprise is 1.00, which is still in the stage of digital upgrader; focusing on customer value, relevance to business strategy, production quality management, labor efficiency, and asset utilization are the core factors affecting the enterprise's digital capabilities and the future focus.
