在“科技强国”的背景下，基于2007-2016年中国沿海11省市面板数据，利用门槛模型考察了海洋科技创新对海洋经济增长的门槛效应，分别以对外开放和金融发展为门槛变量。根据研究表明海洋科技创新对海洋经济增长是有明显的双重门槛效应。最后，本文通过找出对外开放和金融发展促进海洋科技创新影响海洋经济增长的最优区间，提出相应政策建议，以期完善中国海洋科技创新影响海洋经济的增长。

Under the background of "strong country in science and technology", based on the panel data of 11 coastal provinces and cities in China from 2007 to 2016, the threshold model was used to investigate the threshold effect of Marine science and technology innovation on the growth of Marine economy, with opening up and financial development as threshold variables respectively. According g to the research shows that Marine science and technology innovation on Marine economic growth is a significant double threshold effect. Finally, this paper finds out the optimal interval for promoting innovation in Marine science and technology and financial development to influence the growth of Marine economy, and puts forward corresponding policy Suggestions, so as to improve the influence of innovation in Marine science and technology on the growth of Marine economy in China.
