Abstract:The integration of science and technology finance and ecology provides a new perspective for regional development. First of all, according to the principle of ecology, paper constructs the science and technology financial ecosystem. Secondly, the evaluation system of the science and technology financial ecosystem was established, then based on the entropy TOPSIS method , paper designs a comprehensive evaluation method of the science and technology financial ecosystem and carries out an empirical analysis on the development of the science and technology financial ecosystem. Finally, the spatial autocorrelation analysis is used to explore the spatial evolution trend of the science and technology financial ecosystem from 2009 to 2016. The results reveal that the provinces with higher development level are basically concentrated in the eastern region of China, but the difference of eastern region is more significant and increasing year by year. On the whole, there is positive spatial autocorrelation and more provinces are in depressed regions. In the future, a spatial pattern of leading development in the eastern region, steady growth in the central region and differentiated development in the western region will be formed.
