科技金融与生态概念相融合为研究区域科技金融发展提供了崭新视角。文章首先依据自然生态原理构建了科技金融生态系统;其次建立科技金融生态系统评价体系,基于熵值TOPSIS法设计科技金融生态系统综合评价方法,对科技金融生态系统发展展开实证分析;最后,采用空间自相关分析法分析2009-2016年科技金融生态系统空间演化趋势。研究发现:发展水平较高的省份基本聚集在我国东部地区,但东部发展差异更加显著且逐年递增;总体呈现正向空间自相关性且处于萧条区的省份多;未来可能会形成东部地区辐射扩散、中部地区稳步增长、西部地区差异化发展的空间格局。

The integration of science and technology finance and ecology provides a new perspective for regional development. First of all, according to the principle of ecology, paper constructs the science and technology financial ecosystem. Secondly, the evaluation system of the science and technology financial ecosystem was established, then based on the entropy TOPSIS method , paper designs a comprehensive evaluation method of the science and technology financial ecosystem and carries out an empirical analysis on the development of the science and technology financial ecosystem. Finally, the spatial autocorrelation analysis is used to explore the spatial evolution trend of the science and technology financial ecosystem from 2009 to 2016. The results reveal that the provinces with higher development level are basically concentrated in the eastern region of China, but the difference of eastern region is more significant and increasing year by year. On the whole, there is positive spatial autocorrelation and more provinces are in depressed regions. In the future, a spatial pattern of leading development in the eastern region, steady growth in the central region and differentiated development in the western region will be formed.
