上海高新技术产业竞争力评价研究

Research on the Way to Improve the Competitiveness of Shanghai High-tech Industry

摘要:

研究基于上海高企投入、产出、创新力以及政策环境四个维度，建立上海高新技术产业竞争力指标体系，采用熵值法对2011-2016年上海高新技术产业相关数据进行指标权重的测算，最终得出近六年来的竞争力评价结果。结论显示，上海高新技术产业竞争力发展总体上呈现上升态势，产业投入及技术创新力均有所增强，但政策环境对高新技术产业发展的推动作用不明显，且产业产出能力持续下滑，基于此，提出两点提升上海高新技术产业竞争力的讨论。

Abstract:

Based on the four dimensions of input, output, innovation and policy environment of Shanghai's high-tech enterprises, this paper establishes the index system of competitiveness of Shanghai's high-tech enterprises, uses the method of entropy to calculate the index weight of the relevant data of Shanghai's high-tech industries from 2011 to 2016, and finally obtains the evaluation results of competitiveness of Shanghai's high-tech enterprises in the past six years. The conclusion shows that the competitiveness of Shanghai's high-tech enterprises is on the rise in general, and the industrial input and technological innovation are strengthened, but the policy environment has no obvious effect on the development of high-tech enterprises, and the output capacity of industry is declining continuously. Two points to enhance the competitiveness of Shanghai's high-tech industry are discussed.
