再生资源回收是我国节约资源、建设循环经济的重要一环,“互联网+”回收是可以提高回收效率,降低回收成本的一种新型回收模式。本文将技术接受模型、计划行为理论和任务技术适配模型相结合,构建了居民参与再生资源“互联网+”回收意愿影响因素的TAM-TPB-TTF整合模型,并进行了实证分析。结果表明,使用态度和主观规范对“互联网+”回收平台的使用意愿有显著的正向影响,而任务技术适配和知觉行为控制则对其没有显著的正向影响。进一步分析发现,感知有用性会对使用态度产生显著的正向影响,而感知易用性则不会对其产生显著的正向影响。

Recycling of renewable resources plays an important role in the course of saving resources and building circular economy in China. “Internet+” recycling is a new recycling mode which can improve the recycling efficiency and reduce the recycling cost. In order to analyze the influencing factors of residents’ willingness to participate in the “Internet+” recycling of renewable resources, the paper combines Technology Acceptance Model, Theory of Planned Behavior and Task-Technology Fit, and proposes a TAM-TPB-TTF integration model. On this basis, the empirical analysis is also carried out. The results indicate that the intention to participate in “Internet+” recycling is positively affected mainly by using attitudes and subjective norms, while task-technology fit and perceived control have no significant effect on it. Further analysis shows that perceived usefulness has a significant positive impact on using attitudes, while perceived ease of use has no significant effect on it.
