Innovation of Cooperative Mechanism of Scientific Research Based on the Computer-supported Cooperative Work

摘要:

当前的科研协同活动中存在技术支持缺乏、资源难以共享和过程难以评价的问题，为此引入计算机支持的协同工作 (computer-supported cooperative work, CSCW)理论和方法，探讨CSCW的概念及应用，设计基于CSCW的科研协同机制模型，并从项目群管理、虚拟科研团队、过程评价、CSCW技术4个方面探讨科研协同管理机制、组织机制、评价机制和保障机制。

Abstract:

In the scientific research collaboration activities, there are some problems such as lack of technical support, difficulty of sharing resources and process evaluation, to solve such problems, this paper introduces computer-supported cooperative work (CSCW) theory and method, discusses the concept and application of CSCW, designs a cooperative mechanism model of scientific research based on CSCW, and discusses the cooperative management mechanism, organization mechanism, evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism from the aspects of project group management, virtual scientific research team, process evaluation and CSCW technology.
