县域科技型中小企业与村镇银行共生关系研究——以黑龙江省为例

A Study on Symbiotic Relationship between Rural Banks and Country Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprise： Taking Heilongjiang Province as An Example

县域科技型中小企业在发展过程中一直面临资金不足的困境。村镇银行的根植性赋予了它与县域科技型中小企业相匹配的亲和力，二者形成了相互依存的共生关系。基于共生理论，运用共生模式分析法对黑龙江省县域科技型中小企业与村镇银行的共生状态进行测评，研究表明二者以连续互惠共生为主，共生收益呈现非对称分布，村镇银行的收益波动性较大，共生系统运行效率偏离优秀水平。在此基础上，从优化共生单元和共生环境的角度提出促进二者和谐发展的共生路径。

Abstract:

County technology-based SMEs have been facing the plight of insufficient funds in their development process. The embeddedness of rural banks endows them with the affinity to match county technology-based SMEs and they form a symbiotic relationship of interdependence. Based on the theory of symbiosis, this paper evaluates symbiosis state between county technology-based SMEs and rural banks in Heilongjiang Province with symbiotic model analysis method. The study shows that the two are dominated by continuous mutualism, and the symbiotic income presents asymmetric distribution. The income of rural banks fluctuates greatly, and the operating efficiency of the symbiotic system deviates from the excellent level. On this basis, the paper puts forward the symbiotic path to promote the harmonious development of symbiotic unit and symbiotic environment.
