Abstract:Manufacturing servitization is a process in which manufacturing companies change from selling products to selling services. It will be affected by organizational and personal factors. Based on the data of 301 surveys of manufacturing enterprises,this study constructed and validated a cross level mediated moderation model of employee feedback seeking behavior,ambidexterity innovation,organizational integration and inertia,organization structural characteristics,organizational justice,and manufacturing servitization. The result showed that feedback seeking behavior positively affected manufacturing servitization and this relationship was partially mediated by ambidexterity innovation. Organizational integration and inertia,organization structural characteristics and organizational justice have a positive and negative regulatory effect. The research has theoretical significance for the whole manufacturing industry in China to use feedback seeking behavior at the individual level effectively.
