Abstract:This paper, based on the theories related to industrial evolution and business dynamic, starts from the macroscopic, mesoscopic and microscopic influencing factors of business dynamic of emerging industries, and on the basis of literature analysis, uses Delphi method to establish an evaluation system of business dynamic ability of emerging industries consisting of 23 indicators from 9 dimensions including macro-economy, market size, administrative system, science and technology finance, industrial agglomeration, technological innovation, human capital, capital capital and resource integration. Based on the analytic network process (ANP), an evaluation model for the business dynamic ability of emerging industries was established to determine the weight of each index, among which the industrial cluster scale, collaborative innovation, intellectual property, market growth and other secondary evaluation indexes had a higher weight. Finally, according to the importance of various indicators, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the government to improve the business dynamic capacity of emerging industries and for the development of emerging industrial enterprises.
