Current Situation and Countermeasures Analysis about Technology Achievement Transformation of Agricultural Science and Technology Parks in Guangdong Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period

摘要:

基于科技成果转化的视角,以广东省现有的16家农业科技园区为研究对象,采取问卷调查法和主成分分析法,对“十二五”时期广东农业科技园区从科技成果转化基础和转化水平两方面展开分析测算。结果表明,广州、深圳园区无论是科技成果转化基础还是转化水平均位于全省前列,园区的科技成果转化基础指数与转化水平指数存在一定的正相关关系,而影响园区科技成果转化基础的指标主要为研发中心、国际合作单位、技术支持单位,影响园区科技成果转化水平的指标主要为国际合作项目、推广新产品、国外技术引进、国内合作项目、授权发明专利。

Abstract:

Based on the technology achievement transformation, sixteen existing agricultural science and technology parks in Guangdong Province are taken as the research objects of the paper. The paper adopted questionnaire survey and principal component analysis, then analyzed and calculated the foundation and level of the technology achievement transformation about agricultural science and technology parks in Guangdong Province. The results show that Guangzhou and Shenzhen parks located in the forefront of the whole province, both in terms of the foundation and level of the technology achievement transformation. In addition, there is a positive correlation between the foundation index and level index of the technology achievement transformation about agricultural science and technology parks. The indicators that affect the foundation of the technology achievement transformation of the park are mainly the R D center, the international cooperation institution and the technical support institution. The indicators that affect the level of the technology achievement transformation of the park are mainly the international cooperation project, the promotion of new products, the foreign technology introduction, the domestic cooperation projects, and the authorized invention patents.
