Abstract:The article combines catastrophe progression and entropy method to construct the evaluation model of green process innovation capability. The model includes four parts: the construction of evaluation index system of green process innovation capability, using entropy method to determine the weight of each index, determining the type of catastrophe system and evaluating them by use of normalized formula. According to the evaluation model, an empirical study is made on green process innovation capability of 29 manufacturing industries in China. The study finds that the order of green process innovation capability, and input and output capacity of 29 manufacturing industries. Based on the order and characteristics, the green process innovation capability of 29 manufacturing industries is divided into 5 levels which are worse, bad, medium, good and better. At last, the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to their capability level.
