区域众创空间绩效评价——基于因子分析角度

Evaluation Research on Performance of Maker SpaceBase on Factor Analysis Method

摘要:

通过投入、产出角度构建众创空间绩效评价指标体系,运用因子分析提取众创空间运营能力、众创空间企业发展能力、政府支持力度、众创空间盈利能力四个因子,并根据每个因子的贡献率/累计贡献率确定各自的权重。利用截面数据,对全国29个区域(不含港澳台、宁夏、西藏地区)的众创空间进行绩效评价,总结了我国各区域众创空间的现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,助推众创空间发展。

Abstract:

The paper Constructed performance evaluation index system of Maker Space from the perspectives of input and output. Four factors, the operating capacity of Maker Space, the development capacity of enterprises, government supporting and the profitability of Maker space, were extracted by factor analysis, and their respective weights were determined according to the contribution rate of each factor /cumulative contribution rate. The performance evaluation of Maker Space in 29 regions (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Ningxia and Tibet) was conducted based on the sectional data. Therefore, the paper summarized the current situation and problems of Maker Space, proposed measures to promote development of Maker Space.
