Abstract:The inevitability of c2B mode of automotive industry was analyzed, based on the variation trend of automotive industry form under the latest condition of science and technology. Initial, middle, and advanced stages of automotive industry c2B mode was defined according to its development process characteristic, and its effect on automotive full life cycle links was analyzed. The key implementation links of automotive c2B mode were summarized by comparing the ideal c2B status and reality of automotive enterprises. The conditions needed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and parts enterprises were concluded to support the c2B mode. Upgrading work on hardware and software oriented to smart manufacturing was analyzed on the basis of the mutual support relationship between the c2B mode and smart factory. The implementation strategy of c2B mode oriented to smart manufacturing of automobile enterprise was put forward by analyzing an upgrading case of a classical OEM factory.
