颠覆式创新视角下后发企业技术创新与商业模式创新耦合路径研究

摘要:

以扎根理论方法为主导工具，对比亚迪开展颠覆式创新的过程深入剖析，并通过情景化方式，从理论高度构建后发企业技术创新与商业模式创新耦合模型。研究发现，在颠覆式创新不同发展阶段，后发企业技术创新与商业模式创新形成不同的耦合模式，并通过技术、经济、关系的双向嵌入耦合互动，从而实现耦合效应的逐步增强，进而构建技术与市场的双重竞争优势以打破现有的技术范式和竞争格局，实现跨越式赶超。

Abstract:

Taking the rooted theory method as the leading tool, the process of disruptive innovation of BYD is deeply analyzed, and the coupling model of technological innovation and business model innovation of latecomer firms is constructed from the theoretical level through the situationalization. The study finds that in the different development stages of disruptive innovation, latecomer firms’ technology innovation and business model innovation form different coupling modes, and through the two-way embedded coupling and interaction of technology, economy and relationship, the coupling effect is gradually enhanced, and then the dual competitive advantage of technology and market is built to break the existing technical paradigm and competitive landscape and achieve leapfrog development.
