“双创”与经济发展——基于多层次模糊综合评价法的实证研究

摘要:

“双创”是实现创新驱动发展战略的重要举措。提出了“双创”的内涵及主体多样化、结构系统化和互联共享化几个典型特征，分析了“双创”驱动经济发展的本质内涵，综述了“双创”驱动经济发展的评价研究。基于多层次模糊综合评价法分析了问卷调研数据，得到实证研究结果：现阶段样本区域“双创”对经济发展的驱动作用效果理想。通过进一步分析讨论，提出了要重点改善人才培养引进、强化天使投资支持、落实科技成果转化、促进实体经济发展。

Abstract:

" Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation " is an important measure to realize the innovation-driven development strategy. This paper puts forward the connotation of " Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation " and several typical characteristics of diversification of main body, systematization of structure and sharing of interconnection, analyzes the essential connotation of " Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation " driving economic development, and summarizes the evaluation research of " Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation " driving economic development. Based on the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the questionnaire survey data were analyzed, and the empirical research results were obtained according to the principle of maximum membership degree. Through further analysis and discussion, it is proposed to focus on improving the introduction of talent training, strengthening angel investment support, implementing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and promoting the development of the real economy.
