降低创新创业的知识产权成本研究—基于佛山与主要城市比较视角

Research on Reducing the Intellectual Property Cost of Innovation and Entrepreneurship : Based on the Comparative Perspective between Foshan and Major Cities

摘要:

知识产权成本是创新创业成本的重要方面,降低创新创业成本是推进“双创”战略的微观内在需求。本文采用定性与定量相结合的方法,通过收集相关数据,对佛山与宁波、无锡、大连、长沙、东莞等先进城市的知识产权成本进行深入分析比较,得出如下结论：佛山知识产权成本在6个城市中,大体处于中游水平,专利补助与无锡、大连并列第3；佛山知识产权运营服务走在全国前列,专利诉讼资助力度与长沙等先进城市还有一定差距；在知识产权保护方面,佛山还需要进一步增强,在处理知识产权侵权纠纷、提高公众的知识产权保护意识等方面不断改进和完善,努力降低知识产权成本,为佛山创新创业“保驾护航”。

Abstract:

Intellectual property cost is an important aspect of the cost of innovation and entrepreneurship. Reducing the cost of innovation and entrepreneurship is the micro-internal demand of promoting the strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, collects relevant data, and makes an in-depth analysis and comparison of intellectual property cost between Foshan and Ningbo, Wuxi, Dalian, Changsha, Dongguan, and draws the following conclusions: The cost of intellectual property rights in Foshan is in the middle reaches of six cities. Foshan"s patent subsidy ranks third alongside Wuxi and Dalian. Foshan"s intellectual property operation service is in the forefront of the country. There is still a gap between the patents suit funding and the advanced cities such as Changsha. In the aspect of intellectual property protection, Foshan still needs to be further strengthened. In dealing with intellectual property infringement disputes and improving the public"s awareness of intellectual property protection, it should strive to reduce the cost of intellectual property and "escort" Foshan"s innovation and entrepreneurship.
