基于网络演化理论,以2000-2017年间华为投资控股有限公司的专利数据为例,构建五年移动窗口的组织内部发明人网络,从网络演化的动态视角和发明人微观层面阐述了网络嵌入性影响创新产出的内在机理,得到如下结论：发明人的网络位置嵌入性、关系嵌入性和结构嵌入性均正向影响发明人的创新产出；发明人自我中心网络的演化特征,包括稳定性和扩张性,均在网络嵌入性和创新产出间起中介作用。

Abstract:

Based on the theory of ego-network dynamics, using the patent data of Huawei Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2000-2017, we construct the inventor network of five-year mobile window, and explore the inherent mechanism between the network embeddedness and innovation output from the dynamic perspective of network evolution and the inventor"s micro level. Studies have shown that: relational embeddedness, structural embeddedness, and positional embeddedness all have a positive impact on innovation output. The characteristics of ego-network dynamics, including stability and expansion, all play a mediating role between network embeddedness and innovation output.
