摘要:

文章基于企业网络和知识资源的理论,以创业企业研究对象,深入研究网络嵌入、知识整合与创新绩效的相互影响,并对长三角共267个创业企业进行实证研究,结果发现创业企业的网络嵌入性可以通过知识整合影响创新绩效,因此创业企业的需要加强创业企业网络嵌入中知识方面的能力的挖掘,将更有利于帮助企业合理运用网络获得的知识资源的管理,也能更好的为企业提出现实的创新策略。

Abstract:

Based on the theory of enterprise network and knowledge resources, this paper studies the interaction among network embeddedness, knowledge integration and innovation performance, and conducts an empirical study on 267 entrepreneurs in the Yangtze River Delta. The results show that network embeddedness of entrepreneurs can affect innovation performance through knowledge integration, so entrepreneurs need to strengthen entrepreneurship. The mining of knowledge capability in industry network embedding will be more conducive to the management of knowledge resources acquired by the network, and also can better put forward realistic innovation strategies for enterprises.
