Abstract:Through the design of technological innovation, economic development and ecological environment index system, using entropy method, coefficient of variation and coupling coordination degree model to empirically analyze the technological innovation, economic and environment development in different regions of China from 2002 to 2016, the research found that: technological innovations, economic and environments are generally evolving and showing obvious stage characteristics; the regional differences in technological innovation, economic development and ecological environment in the four regions of the eastern, northeastern, central and western regions are declining. Among them, the regional differences in technological innovation have fallen the most; the coordination of the two-dimensional system of scientific and technological innovation, economic development and ecological environment has shown an upward trend, but the development momentum after 2009 is more rapid, and until 2016 The coupling and coordination level of the ternary systems in various provinces and cities across the country has not yet reached the level of high-quality coupling and coordination, and there is still room for further development; the ternary system coupling and coordinated growth of technological innovation, economic development and ecological environment was mainly due to the ecological environment and Leading the coordinated development of the economy, in 2009 After that, it was mainly led by the coordinated development of technological innovation and economy. In the future, it is necessary to increase support for scientific and technological innovation, economic and ecological environmental protection to achieve orderly and coordinated development among the three, and increase support for the central and western regions to narrow regional development gap.
