粤港澳大湾区建设背景下高校众创空间的发展策略研究

The Development Strategy of university maker space under the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-MacaoGreater Bay Area

摘要:

当前，粤港澳大湾区已具备建成国际一流湾区和世界级城市群的条件，具有重要的战略意义。高校众创空间建设，对于粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心建设具有推动作用，但高校众创空间在顶层设计、运营管理、资源整合方面仍存在发展瓶颈。利用粤港澳大湾区的开放型生态区位、叠加型湾区经济、创新型枢纽平台优势，高校众创空间建设应树立“产学融创”理念、完善运营管理机制、优化人才发展环境、组建空间战略联盟，实现高校众创空间差异化发展、内涵式发展、可持续发展、共享式发展。

Abstract:

Nowadays, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is ready to construct an international Bay Area and a world-class city group, which has strategic significance. The construction of university maker space could promote the construction of the International Science and Technology Innovation Center in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. However, there are still some problems in the development of top-level design, operation management and resource integration in the university maker space. Taking advantage of the open eco-location, superimposed Bay Area economy and innovative platform of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the construction of university maker space should establish the concept of “the combination and innovation of production and universities”, improve the operation management mechanism, optimize the talent development environment and establish the spatial strategic alliance, so as to realize differentiation development, connotative development, sustainable development and shared development of university maker space.
