长江经济带沿线区域绿色发展水平的评价与比较

Evaluation and Comparison of Green Development Levels along the Yangtze River Economic Zone

摘要:

长江经济带是我国三大经济战略规划之一，以绿色发展为导向，走可持续发展之路。在分析长江经济带流域生态环境的基础上，以我国长江经济带沿边11个省市为研究对象，从产业绿色发展力、资源环境承载力、政府绿色支撑力三个方面构建了长江经济带沿线区域绿色发展水平评价体系。对2012-2017年间长江经济带沿线区域绿色发展水平进行了相对优劣排序。结果表明，下游地区绿色发展水平总体高于上游以及中游地区。根据各地区发展的相对协调性，将其划分为协调发展型、相对失调型以及低水平滞后型，进而提出了相对应的政策性建议。

Abstract:

The Yangtze River Economic Zone is one of China's three major economic strategic plans. It is guided by green development and takes the road of sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Economic Zone, 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Zone are taken as research objects, and the Yangtze River Economic Zone is constructed along the three aspects:industrial green development power, resource and environmental carrying capacity and government green support. Regional green development level evaluation system. The relative development of the green development level along the Yangtze River Economic Zone during 2012-2017 was ranked. The results show that the level of green development in the downstream areas is generally higher than that in the upper and middle reaches. According to the relative coordination of the development of each region, it is divided into coordinated development type, relative disorder type and low level lag type, and then corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
