构建公共就业服务知识库系统、实施公共就业服务知识管理对于助推全方位公共就业服务实施极具现实意义。分析梳理公共就业服务知识库应用现状,基于知识生命周期理论对公共就业服务知识管理的具体内容进行研究,构建公共就业服务知识库系统逻辑模型,提出公共就业服务知识库系统构建的实施步骤和保障措施。为地方构建公共就业服务知识库系统、实现知识管理和知识服务提供科学可靠的思路和参考。

The construction of public employment service knowledge base system and the implementation of knowledge management of public employment service are of great practical significance in promoting the implementation of Omni-directional public employment service.This paper analyses and combs the current situation of the application of public employment service knowledge base,and studies the specific content of knowledge management of public employment service based on knowledge life cycle theory, constructs the logical model of public employment service knowledge base system, and puts forward the implementation steps and safeguard measures for the construction of public employment service knowledge base.Provide scientific and reliable ideas and reference for local government to build public employment service knowledge base system and realize knowledge management.
