借助数据挖掘等计算机技术构建符合企业诊断信息智能采集模型,为服务企业后期智能诊断系统设计奠定基础。在阐述目前服务企业的各诊断主题现状及流程的基础上,通过对比分析各个诊断主题的现状及不同诊断主题的诊断情报收集状况,然后构建一个基于数据挖掘的服务企业诊断情报的智能采集模型。数据采集模型整合了诊断信息搜集的基本流程,借助数据挖掘、OLAP、网络爬虫等技术来实现服务企业诊断情报的收集、信息的预处理、智能采集等功能为一体,增加情报收集的协同性与智能性,实现服务诊断情报知识获取的自动化和智能化功能。通过分析,将数据挖掘技术、数据仓库技术、模式识别与特征识别应用在企业在企业诊断的信息采集方面是提高企业诊断智能性的有效途径,同时也将是企业诊断智能化与人机一体化诊断的重要发展方向。

Building an intelligent acquisition model of enterprise diagnostic information with the help of computer technologies such as data mining, laying a foundation for the design of intelligent diagnostic system for enterprises in the later stage. On the basis of elaborating the current status and process of each diagnostic subject of the service enterprise, by comparing and analyzing the current status of each diagnostic subject and the diagnostic information collection status of different diagnostic subjects, an intelligent collection model of the service enterprise diagnostic information based on data mining was constructed. Data acquisition model integrated the diagnosis of the basic process of information gathering, with the help of data mining, OLAP and web crawler technology to realize information collection, information service enterprise diagnosis of pretreatment, intelligence gathering, and other functions into one, increase the synergistic effect of intelligence gathering and intelligent, implementation services intelligence diagnosis knowledge acquisition of automation and intelligent function.Through analysis, the application of data mining technology, data warehouse technology, pattern recognition and feature recognition in the information acquisition of enterprise diagnosis is an effective way to improve the intelligence of enterprise diagnosis, and it will also be an important development direction of enterprise diagnosis intelligence and man-machine integrated diagnosis.
