改革开放40年广东科技人才政策发展历程研究

Research on the Development Process of Guangdong Science and Technology Talent Policy in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening up

摘要:

本文以1978年1月至2019年2月广东省发布的158条科技人才政策为基础数据,以重大事件为节点,采用内容分析法,对广东省科技人才政策发展历程、阶段性政策要点进行梳理和总结,并结合当前国际国内人才工作形势和广东省科技人才工作实际,提出下一阶段完善广东省科技人才政策相关建议意见。

Abstract:

This article is based on 158 policies of science and technology talents which were released by Guangdong Province between January 1978 and February 2019. By taking significant happenings as breakthrough points and using content analysis method, this article combed and summarized the development process and periodic key points of Guangdong Province’s policies of science and technology talents. Taking current situation of international and domestic talents work as well as the cases of Guangdong Province’s science and technology talents work into consideration, the article also put forward related suggestions on how to reform Guangdong’s policies of science and technology talents in next stage.
