基于生物质能源企业视角,将我国生物质能源产业发展阶段特点与动态能力、创新绩效理论相结合,构建了包含动态能力、创新模式、创新绩效在内的研究框架。本研究从18个地区35家企业获取一手数据,结合现有文献进行分析,构建结构方程模型,取得相关研究结论。研究表明,学习能力对两种创新模式影响显著,且对渐进式创新影响更强;整合能力对激进式创新具有显著正向影响;两种创新模式对企业创新绩效均具有显著的正向影响,且生物质能源企业采用渐进式创新模式对创新绩效的影响作用更大。最后根据研究得出结论并提出建议。

Based on the perspective of biomass energy enterprises, combining the characteristics of the development stage of China"s biomass energy industry with the theory of dynamic capacity and innovation performance, a research framework including dynamic capacity, innovation model and innovation performance is constructed. The primary data were obtained from 35 enterprises in 18 regions, and this paper constructs structural equation model and obtain relevant research conclusions based on the existing literatures. Research results show that the learning ability has a significant influence on the innovation modes, and has a stronger influence on the progressive innovation. Integration ability has significant positive influence on radical innovation. Both innovation modes have significant positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises, and the biomass energy enterprises who adopt incremental innovation mode have a greater impact on the innovation performance. At last, we make recommendations according to the study’s conclusions.
