Abstract:Firstly, the four-chain interaction model including "policy chain-innovation chain-industry chain-value chain" during the process of military and civilian industry coordinating development is designed. The value chain status of military enterprise and civilian product enterprise is interpreted by smiling curve and Musashi curve. By using technology life cycle as the time dimension, the value chain integration approach between military enterprise and civilian product enterprise is generalized. Secondly, the evaluation indicator system for military and civilian industry coordinating development is constructed and the evaluation method military and civilian industry coordinating development is designed by introducing the system dynamics coordination degree model. Finally, by choosing a specific sample, the military and civilian industry coordinating development from the perspective of four chain interaction is evaluated. The empirical analysis result shows that the coupling coordination degree of the three spiral system and military-civilian integration value chain system in 2012-2016 is constantly improving, that is, military-civilian integration industry of this sample city presents a state of mutual promotion from basic coordination to coordination.
