北京高校参与科技创新中心建设的作用与机制研究

Research on Function and Mechanism of Beijing Universities Participating in The Construction of Science and Technology Innovation Center

摘要:

高校是国家和区域创新体系的重要组成部分,北京地区高校众多,科技资源聚集,为更好发挥北京高校在基础研究、产学研协同创新,区域科技创新等方面的优势,进一步推动科技创新中心建设,采用实证分析方法,依据2012~2017年北京高校在R D人员、R D经费投入、科技产出及成果、专利所有权转让及技术合同成交等方面的数据,找出北京高校参与科技创新中心建设的问题与短板,针对存在的问题给出对策与建议。

Abstract:

Universities are important part of national and regional innovation systems, there are many universities in Beijing, science and technology resources gathered themselves together. In order to give full play to the advantages of Beijing universities in basic research, industry-university-research collaborative innovation and regional scientific and technological innovation, to further promote the construction of science and technology innovation center, using empirical analysis method, according to the data in R D personnel, R D funds input, output and achievement of science and technology, patent ownership transfer and technology contract transaction of Beijing universities from 2012 to 2017, find out the problems and shortcomings of Beijing universities" participation in the construction of science and technology innovation center, countermeasures and suggestions are given for the existing problems.
