能源系统韧性研究进展及应用探索

摘要:

能源系统韧性是近年来起源于国外的新兴概念。能源系统作为复杂的巨系统,其正常运行关乎一国经济社会发展的命脉,在日益复杂而不断变换的外部环境下,韧性作为能源系统抗外部冲击能力的重要评价指标应运而生,为一国能源系统有效应对外部冲击提供了新思路和方法。因而,本文对能源系统韧性的理论、实证研究的成果进行回顾与分析,并将其应用于中国的现实,以期抛砖引玉,为中国能源系统韧性的发展提供参考。与理论研究取得的丰硕成果相比,能源系统韧性的实证研究相对较少,因而未来能源系统韧性的研究不仅要进一步明确能源系统韧性的边界,而且要在实证分析中取得进展和突破。

Abstract:

Energy system resilience is an emerging concept that has originated in foreign countries in recent years. As a complex giant system, its energy system is related to the lifeline of a country"s economic and social development. In an increasingly complex and constantly changing external environment, resilience has emerged as an important evaluation indicator of the energy system"s ability to resist external shocks. The energy system provides new ideas and methods for effectively responding to external shocks. Therefore, this paper reviews and analyzes the theoretical and empirical research results of energy system resilience, and applies it to the reality of China, in order to provide a reference for the development of China"s energy system resilience.
