全球制造业生态体系在技术飞速发展的带动下不断演进，也带动了制造范式的不断迭代升级。本文对全球制造业发展的各种范式进行归纳总结，同时收集各国发展的历程及制定的发展计划，通过对不同国家不同计划的影响分析，评价国家计划及现有制造范式的先进性及对全球经济发展的影响，结合创新理论归纳对制造业发展最有促进作用的国家计划及制造范式，并对现有制造计划及范式的发展提出建议。从而获得完成清晰的制造业发展路线，为国家及企业制定战略发展规划提供依据。

Abstract:

The global manufacturing ecosystem is evolving under the rapid development of technology, and it has also driven the continuous iterative upgrade of the manufacturing paradigm. This paper summarizes the various paradigms of global manufacturing development, collects the development history of various countries and the development plans, and evaluates the advancement of national plans and existing manufacturing paradigms through global analysis of the impact of different programs in different countries. The impact of economic development, combined with innovative theories, sums up the national planning and manufacturing paradigms that have the most positive impact on manufacturing development, and suggests new development plans and paradigms. In order to obtain a clear manufacturing development route, it provides a basis for the country and enterprises to develop strategic development plans.
