广东区域创新发展中的马太效应探析

Exploratory Analysis of Matthew Effect in Guangdong Regional Innovation Development

摘要:

以研发投入强度、专利申请量、专利授权量为指标维度,对广东区域创新发展中马太效应的表现进行考察,然后运用社会学中关于马太效应形成机理和影响作用的基本思想,对广东区域创新发展中马太效应的成因作探索性分析,指出市场机制契合、区域政策倾斜、创新成果需求、评价机制单一是其主要成因,并据此提出强化政府调控机制、畅通联动合作机制、优化评价监测机制等政策性建议,以降低广东区域创新发展中马太效应的负面影响。

Abstract:

This paper investigated the performance of Matthew effect in Guangdong regional innovation development from the perspectives of R&D investment intensity, patent application amount and patent authorization amount, and then used the basic thought about the formation and influence mechanism of Matthew effect in Sociology to make an exploratory analysis on the causes of Matthew effect in Guangdong regional innovation development. As a result, this paper pointed out that the conformity of market mechanism, the inclination of regional policy, the requirement of innovation achievements, and the single evaluation mechanism are the main causes, and put forward some policy recommendations, such as strengthening the government's regulation, unclogging linkage and cooperation channel, and optimizing the evaluation and monitoring mechanism, in order to reduce the negative impact of Matthew effect in Guangdong regional innovation development.
