中美人工智能产业发展比较分析

Comparative Analysis of the Development of Artificial Intelligence Industry between China and the United States

摘要:

人工智能发展的历史不长,但其重要性与日俱增,作为世界上最大的两个经济体,中国和美国都在不失时机地加快发展人工智能,但美国的相关技术基础和产业条件比我们优越,我国要迎头赶上还需意识到自身的不足,因而对中美两国人工智能产业的发展进行比较研究,具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。本文通过对中美两国政府AI战略、科技巨头公司AI产业布局的比较研究,揭示了我国在人工智能领域与美国存在的差距,分析了我国AI领域缺乏战略性系统布局、AI开源技术和AI研究人才等问题,进而提出促进我国人工智能产业发展的对策建议。

Abstract:

The history of artificial intelligence development is not long, but its importance is increasing day by day. As the world"s two largest economies, China and the United States are accelerating the development of artificial intelligence, but the relevant technical foundations and industrial conditions of the United States are superior to ours. China needs to understand its own shortcomings in order to catch up the United States. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to conduct a comparative study on the development of artificial intelligence industry between China and the United States. This paper reveals the gap between China and the United States in the field of artificial intelligence and then proposes countermeasures to promote the development of China"s artificial intelligence industry.
