国内石墨烯技术转化平台介入阶段和方式探析——以上海石墨烯产业技术功能型平台为例

摘要:

中国在石墨烯研究领域正和发达国家同处于起跑阶段,拥有在全球石墨烯及其应用领域占领产业发展高地的难得机遇,也正处在产业化瓶颈期和关键期,因此多种加快产业化进程方式被提出,包括技术转化平台。国内多地正兴起新建石墨烯技术转化和产业培育风潮,而已建成的上海石墨烯产业技术功能型平台便是其中的代表,因此选择此平台为案例分析可以为其他技术转化平台兴建具有一定参考性,同时也为石墨烯等其他前沿领域产业化提供一定的借鉴内容。此次研究分析平台在面对科研机构或高校科研成果技术转化过程中的介入阶段和方式,发现其在技术已成熟但是不具备商业化的“技术”阶段开始介入,在其帮助下进入具有商业价值的“产品”阶段和发挥产业化效应的“下游产品应用”阶段,同时协调当前“石墨烯制备”和“石墨烯应用”局面失衡的状况,而这恰恰也是石墨烯产业化面临的主要问题之一。不仅如此,这种介入阶段和方式使得平台对于技术的商业价值影响较大,而技术价值较小。由于注重石墨烯应用局面的拓展,平台已经拓展原有的服务范围,主要表现在《新材料技术成熟度等级划分及定义》表中后移,所以研究也提出介入阶段能否前移的思考,尤其是高端应用领域,以覆盖“实验室阶段”至“产业化阶段”更多的阶段。

As the same as developed countries, China is located in the beginning stage of graphene, which has valued opportunity to occupy the highland of industrial development in graphene and its application fields. It is also in the bottleneck period and critical period of commercialisation. Therefore, various ways to accelerate the process of commercialization have been proposed, including platform of technology transfer. Many domestic platforms of technology transfer are on the rise, and the established Shanghai graphene industry technology functional platform is one of the representative. Therefore, selecting this platform as case study can provide reference for other technology transfer platforms. At the same time, it also provides certain reference for the commercialisation of other frontier fields such as graphene. This research and analysis platform is involved in the process of the scientific research institutions or the scientific and technological achievements of the university, and finds that it has begun to intervene in the “technical” stage where the technology is mature but not commercialized. The “product” stage of value and the “downstream product application” stage that exerts the commercialisation effect, while coordinating the current situation of “graphene preparation” and “graphene application” imbalance, which is precisely the main problem facing graphene commercialisation. one. Not only that, this stage and method of intervention makes the platform have a greater impact on the commercial value of technology, while the technical value is small. Due to the expansion of the application of graphene, the platform has expanded its original service scope, mainly in the “New Material Technology Maturity Level Classification and Definition” table, so the research also suggests whether the intervention stage can move forward. Especially in the high-end applications, to cover more stages from the “laboratory stage” to the “commercialization stage”.
