基于2015—2017年1663家科技企业孵化器样本数据,运用基于产出距离函数的真正固定效应随机前沿分析模型,对广东省科技企业孵化器的技术效率进行了实证测度及特征分析。研究结果表明:广东省科技企业孵化器的技术效率仅为0.370,但呈逐年提升趋势;广州和深圳等经济发达城市的科技企业孵化器的技术效率普遍偏低;河源、汕尾、潮州、湛江、茂名和韶关等经济欠发达城市的科技企业孵化器的技术效率相对较高,说明广东省科技企业孵化器在资源投入和孵化产出匹配上存在严重扭曲;非国家级、综合型与创立时间较短的科技企业孵化器具有更好的技术效率表现。

Based on the data of 1663 technology business incubators from 2015 to 2017, using the true fixed-effect stochastic frontier analysis model based on output distance function, the empirical measurement and characteristic analysis of the technical efficiency of Guangdong science and technology business incubator were carried out. The empirical results of this paper indicate: (1) the technical efficiency of Guangdong"s technology business incubators is only 0.370, but it is increasing year by year; (2) the technical efficiency of technology business incubators in economically developed cities such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen is generally low; but the technical efficiency of technology business incubators in economically underdeveloped cities such as Heyuan, Shanwei, Chaozhou, Zhanjiang, Maoming and Shaoguan is relatively high, indicating that Guangdong"s technology business incubators have serious distortions in resource input and incubation output matching; (3) local and comprehensive Technology and business incubators with shorter creation times have better technical efficiency.
