[摘要]
本文将数字经济水平细分为数字基础建设水平、数字化产业发展水平、以及数字技术创新科研水平三个方面,依托浙江省2008—2017年的面板数据,运用改进后的熵值法探索这三类因素对传统制造业产业结构优化升级的具体影响。实证结果表明,三种因素均能优化制造业产业结构,其中数字技术创新科研水平由于其成果应用具有较小的时滞性,发挥的正向影响作用最大。

In this paper, the digital economy level is divided into three aspects: digital infrastructure construction level, digital industry development level, and digital technology innovation and scientific research level. Based on the panel data of Zhejiang province from 2008 to 2017, the improved entropy method is used to explore the specific impact of these three factors on the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of traditional manufacturing industry. The empirical results show that all three factors can optimize the industrial structure of the manufacturing industry, among which the level of digital technology innovation and scientific research plays the most positive role due to the small time delay of the application of the results.
