科技创业服务体系优化是新时代提高河北省科技创业竞争力的核心因素，服务体系优化应当以实地调研科技创业企业的需求为导向。基于需求分析理论的视角，通过实地调研了解科技创业人员的需求以及服务体系现状，了解当前科技创业服务体系的问题与不足，吸取国内外科技创业服务体系优化的经验教训，探索河北省科技创业综合服务体系全面优化，以期促使河北省科技创业服务体系向专业化、高效化、规范化的方向转变，使其更好地为大学生科技创业提供平台、为河北省科技创业项目服务，促进河北省实现调整经济结构、创新增长动力，实现深入落实创新驱动战略。

Abstract:

The optimization of science and technology entrepreneurship service system is the core factor to improve the competitiveness of science and technology entrepreneurship in Hebei province in the new era, the optimization of service system should be guided by the field investigation of the needs of science and technology entrepreneurial enterprises. Based on the theory of demand analysis, through field investigation, this study understands the needs of science and technology entrepreneurs and the present situation of the service system, and understands the problems and shortcomings of the current science and technology entrepreneurship service system, and to draw lessons from the optimization of the science and technology entrepreneurship service system at home and abroad, to explore the overall optimization of the comprehensive service system of science and technology entrepreneurship in Hebei, with a view to promot the transformation of science and technology entrepreneurship service system in Hebei to the direction of specialization, high efficiency and standardization, so that it can better provide a platform for college students to start a science and technology business, and serve for science and technology entrepreneurship projects in Hebei, promote Hebei to realize the adjustment of economic structure, the motive force of innovation and growth, and realize the in-depth implementation of innovation-driven strategy.
