新经济“独角兽”企业的培育路径探析 ——以江苏省为例

“独角兽”企业以突破性的技术产品或新颖的商业模式，颠覆了传统产业模式，成为引领产业变革的先锋和产业的新核心。在新经济发展中充当着重要的角色。对于中国的“独角兽”企业而言，追求的也绝不应是眼前的“榜单”“估值”，而是持续强化内功与创新，走出相对封闭或受保护的市场环境，放眼全球去参与竞争，并建立独一无二的技术、商业模式优势。探讨“独角兽”企业在新经济发展中的角色作用，从互联网经济、科教资源、政府扶持政策、经济发展态势等方面分析江苏培育新经济“独角兽”企业的优势环境，提出江苏培育“独角兽”企业的现实困境；并在此基础上，提出依托高新区打造“独角兽”爆发的主阵地、围绕平台经济构建“独角兽”企业成长生态圈、构建定制化扶持政策解决“独角兽”企业成长的现实困境、实施“互联网+技术”模式催生江苏特色“独角兽”企业等路径。

It plays an important role in the development of new economy. For China's "unicorn" companies, the pursuit should never be the "list" and "valuation", but continue to strengthen internal strength and innovation, and get out of the relatively closed or protected market environment. Participate in competition and build unique technology and business model advantages. Exploring the role of "unicorn" enterprises in the development of new economy, analyzing the advantageous environment of Jiangsu's cultivation of new economic "unicorn" enterprises from the aspects of Internet economy, science and education resources, government support policies, and economic development, and proposing Jiangsu cultivation On the basis of the real dilemma of the "unicorn" enterprise; on this basis, it proposes to build a "unicorn" outbreak based on the high-tech zone, build a "unicorn" enterprise growth ecosystem around the platform economy, and build a customized support policy. Solve the real dilemma of the growth of the "unicorn" enterprise, and implement the "Internet + technology" model to promote the Jiangsu "unicorn" enterprise and other paths.
