我国农业众创空间的发展模式与困境剖析：基于京沪江鄂四地的实地调研

摘要:

基于对京沪江鄂四地的农业众创空间的实地调研,分析总结出我国农业众创空间发展的四种典型模式,并从政策环境、产业环境、资源禀赋等角度提出四种典型模式面临的发展困境。通过对目前我国已经形成的四种农业众创空间典型模式的对比,分析出四种模式中的共性特征和个性差异,总结出有利于农业众创空间发展的关键因素,分析出我国农业众创空间整体发展面临的关键问题,并从政策激励、专业化发展、产业融合发展和制度建设等方面提出了促进我国农业众创空间发展的思考,以期为优化我国农业众创空间发展模式,明确发展定位和在农业供给侧结构性改革和乡村振兴战略中更好发挥作用提供有益参考。

Abstract:

Based on the field research on the agricultural innovation space in Beijing , Shanghai, Jiangsu and Hubei, Four typical models of agricultural innovation space development in China are analyzed and summarized. The paper presented development dilemma of each typical model from policy environment, industrial environment and difference of resources. By comparing the four typical models of agricultural innovation space in China, the common features and personality differences of the four models have been analyzed. This is conducive to summarizing the key factors for the development of agricultural innovation space and analyzing the key problems facing the overall development of China"s agricultural innovation space. Based on this, the paper puts forward the thought of promoting the development of agricultural innovation space in China from the aspects of policy motivation, professional development, industrial integration development and institutional improvement. This paper provides a useful reference for optimizing China"s agricultural innovation space development model, clarifying development orientation and playing a better role in agricultural supply-side structural reform and rural vitalization strategy.
