针对研发网络成员企业面临的不同类风险不仅在企业自身内部,而且与合作企业间的风险存在交互作用这一现象,研究研发网络成员企业面临的风险之间的交互关系。从风险来源角度将研发网络成员企业面临的风险分为内源性风险与外源性风险,在此基础上提出运用决策实验室分析(DEMATEL)方法分析研发网络成员企业面临的风险交互关系的具体步骤;最后,采用DEMATEL方法对研发网络中的一个成员企业面临的风险交互关系进行分析,结果证实该方法的可行性。

In real world, different risks faced by firms in R&D network not only exist within firms, but also interact with risks of cooperative firms. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper studies risk interactions faced by firms in R&D network. Firstly, from the perspective of risk source, risks in R&D network are divided into internal risk and external risk. Secondly, the paper proposes the detailed steps by using DEMATEL method to analyze the risk interactions. Finally, the paper uses a real example to illustrate the use of DEMATEL method to analyze the risk interactions faced by firm in R&D network. The results verify the applicability of DEMATEL used in the analysis of risk interactions.
