Abstract:Because of the great uncertainty in the financing risk of intellectual property pledge, the interval number can be used to assign value to each index. The application of the interval number TOPSIS method solves the subjective problem of uncertainty index assignment to a certain extent, but there are also certain defects. In this paper, we use Markov distance to replace Euclidean distance, overcome the defect of Euclidean distance failure when there is linear correlation between the attributes, and introduce the linkage vector distance to solve the problem that the possible distance positive ideal solution may be close to the negative ideal solution. The problem, Thus, the TOPSIS method is improved by synthesizing the Markov distance and the connection vector distance, making the method more scientific and reasonable. Finally, the TOPSIS method with improved interval number is used to evaluate the financing risk of intellectual property pledge. The results of the evaluation are compared and analyzed.
