当前知识产权质押融资发展仍然面临着严峻的风险挑战,通过对知识产权质押融资模式及其风险的分析,提出各个相关利益主体要共同发力,形成以政府主导、市场参与、多方联动的风险分散格局,以期为知识产权质押融资的发展提供可靠的路径选择和方法指导。

Abstract:

At present, the development of intellectual property pledge financing still faces serious risk challenge, through the analysis of the financing mode and risk of intellectual property pledge, the paper puts forward that each relevant interest subject should work together to form the risk dispersion pattern with government leading, market participation and multi-linkage, in order to provide reliable path selection and method guidance for the development of intellectual property pledge financing.
