Abstract:This paper makes a systematic review of the development research of government-guided funds at home and abroad, combs three aspects of motivation, development mode and investment result, and uses CiteSpace to compare and analyze the literature retrieved at home and abroad. The results show that: domestic researches on government-guided funds have some differences with foreign countries in literature quantity and co-occurrence intensity, and have not yet formed a clear cluster of studies; at present, the research focus and frontier of government-guided funds have changed from quantitative scale analysis to fund quality performance evaluation, especially the multi-angle comprehensive performance consideration of fund quality. Based on this, the paper further looks forward to research direction of the multi-performance of government-guided funds, and provides the investment decision-making mechanism for government-guided funds to consider the economic performance, innovation performance and social performance comprehensively by constructing the multi-objective portfolio selection model, so as to solve the contradiction caused by the inconsistency of social capital and government capital investment objectives, and then achieve the purpose of attracting social capital, optimizing the fund structure and improving the comprehensive investment benefit.
