Abstract:In the context of "Internet +" collaborative innovation, knowledge value-added research based on cross organizational knowledge transformation is of great significance. Through the SECI extension model of cross organizational knowledge transformation and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper explores the ordering and characteristics of the importance of relevant factors to knowledge increment in cross organizational knowledge transformation, and puts forward relevant management suggestions for the "Internet +" collaborative innovation subject. The results show that: (1) Internalization of external knowledge has the greatest impact on knowledge value-added in the process of knowledge transformation across organizations, followed by internal knowledge externalization and external environment; (2) organizational structure and knowledge absorption capacity, organizational openness and knowledge transfer capacity, and organizational network embeddedness are the relative key factors in the process of knowledge transformation across organizations; (3) Inter-organizational knowledge Knowledge value-added in transformation is mainly affected by the organization's own attributes and capabilities.
