[摘要]
本文以我国2007-2017年规模以上工业的27个制造业行业为具体的研究对象,运用“改良后的复合系统协同度法”对产业创新生态的运行现状进行实证分析,并进一步推算出产业创新生态的发展潜力和总结出产业创新生态的类别。研究发现,我国制造业各行业的产业创新生态持续处于不协调状态,但运行状况正在改善;各行业创业生态的运行状态与行业异质性及其技术含量关系不大,“劳动力”、“资本”以及“技术”等生产要素均可在产业创新生态的发展过程中起到重要作用;子系统之间不协调是产业创新生态运行不良的根本原因;依据行业技术含量和产业创新生态发展潜力两个维度,可以将产业创新生态分为“高技术含量-高潜力”等8个类别;行业的技术含量与产业创新生态发展潜力具有一定正比关系。

This paper takes 27 manufacturing industries of industrial enterprises above designated size in China from 2007 to 2017 as the specific research object, makes an empirical analysis of the operation status of industrial innovation ecology by using the improved method of synergy degree of composite system, and further deduces the development potential of industrial innovation ecology and summarizes the categories of industrial innovation ecology. The research finds that: The industrial innovation ecology of manufacturing industry in China is still in a state of uncoordination, but its operation is improving; The operation status of entrepreneurship ecology in different industries has little relation with industry heterogeneity and technology content; The production factors such as labor force, capital and technology can play an important role in the development of industrial innovation ecology; The non-coordination among subsystems is the fundamental reason for the bad operation of industrial innovation ecology; According to the two dimensions of technological content and ecological development potential of industrial innovation, industrial innovation ecology can be divided into eight categories such as “high-tech content-High potential”; The technological content of the industry has a positive relationship with the ecological development potential of industrial innovation.
