企业参与技术标准制定研究综述

Research Review on the Participation of Firms in Technical Standard Formulation

技术标准影响企业的生存和发展，参与标准制定成为企业建立竞争优势的重要手段。但是，尽管企业是标准制定的重要参与主体，现有研究却缺乏对企业参与标准制定文献的系统性归纳和整理。基于此，本文梳理了企业参与标准制定的相关文献，总结了企业参与的主要机制、参与前因和影响后果，并厘清了标准化与创新的关系。基于对文献的梳理，本文提出未来研究的方向，为后续研究的展开提供参考。

Abstract:

Technical standards affect firms’ survival and development. Participating in standard formulation has become an important means for firms to establish competitive advantages. However, although firms are important participants in standard formulation, the existing research lacks systematic summary and collation of the literature on firms’ participation in technical standard formulation. Therefore，this paper collates the relevant literature on the participation of firms in technical standard formulation, summarizes the main mechanism, causes and effects of the participation, and clarifies the relationship between standardization and innovation. Based on the literature review, this paper puts forward the direction of future research, and provides a reference for the follow-up research.
