加州自动驾驶汽车道路测试管理的特点及启示

摘要:

美国加州凭借良好教育资源、科技资源、人才资源优势以及法律法规的开放性、包容性、权威性,吸引了全球各地的汽车企业、零部件供应商、科技企业、初创企业开展自动驾驶道路测试,已经成为全球自动驾驶汽车路测的重要基地。通过对加州自动驾驶汽车路侧管理发展突出的特点和经验做法进行系统梳理和深入分析,提出三点建议：加快我国自动驾驶汽车道路测试法规进程、完善推进国家级智能网联汽车测试示范区建设、定期发布自动驾驶汽车道路测试报告。

Abstract:

With good educational resources, scientific and technological resources, talent resources and the openness, inclusiveness and authority of laws and regulations, California has attracted automotive companies, component suppliers, technology companies and start-ups to conduct autonomous driving road tests. It has become an important base for road test of autonomous vehicles in the world. Through the systematic analysis and in-depth analysis of the outstanding characteristics and experience of the roadside management development of California autonomous vehicles, three suggestions are put forward: speed up the road test and regulation process of China"s autonomous vehicles, and improve the construction of the national intelligent network test vehicle demonstration zone, and regularly publish road test reports for autonomous vehicles.
