“互联网+”高校大型分析测试仪器开放共享的管理探索与实践――以华南理工大学材料平台公共分析测试中心为例

Exploration and Practice of Open-sharing for Large Analytical Instruments in Universities with “Internet +”: Taking Public Analysis and Testing Center of Material Platform in South China University of Technology as an Example

摘要:

以华南理工大学材料平台公共分析测试中心为例，从操作人员培训、测试预约制度和仪器与实验室安全管理等方面，总结分析了其十多年来在大型分析测试仪器开放共享中逐渐形成的比较完善的管理机制和管理特点，陈述了中心的具体实践和取得的成果，以期为促进我国高校大型仪器设备开放共享提供参考借鉴。目前，该中心已经完全实现依靠大型仪器使用的测试费收入来保障大型仪器日常维护和故障及时维修的目标，还利用测试费收入余额购置了一台最新的SU8220超高分辨率冷场发射扫描电镜，很好地促进了大型仪器开放共享的可持续发展。

Abstract:

The public analysis and testing center of the material platform in South China University of Technology has been developed for more than 10 years. A set of relatively complete management methods of the open-sharing for large analytical instruments were formed. The specific practice and the results achieved were described. The management mechanism and characteristics were summarized in the aspects of the user training system, the appointment system and the safety management of instruments and labs, which can put forward some suggestions for the construction of the open-sharing for large analytical instruments in universities. The goal of the maintenance of the large instruments absolutely by the test fee has been fully achieved. It's encouraging that the SU8220 cold field emission scanning electron microscope was purchased by using the balance of the test fee. It would promote the sustainable development of our open-sharing platform in the near future.
